- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You must provide accurate pickup details including date, time, and location.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints or safety concerns.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive volumes or special handling not disclosed at time of booking.
3. EPA Compliance
- We operate in accordance with the EPA Waste Tracker program.
- Your collection and recycling activities will be logged into the system to maintain legal compliance.
- Recycling certificates are issued upon request or completion of service.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept EFT, credit card, and approved business accounts.
- Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Short-notice cancellations or site inaccessibility may result in a call-out fee.
